Shree Cement appoints Navin Malhotra as president, sales

Shree Cement Limited announced the appointment of Navin Malhotra as the new president - sales, replacing Shailesh Ambastha, who will transition to a new role within the company. Malhotra's appointment is effective from December 8, 2025, and he will serve in a full-time employment capacity.

Malhotra brings extensive experience to his new role, having started his professional career in 1996. He holds an MBA in finance and an MIBM in sales, marketing, and international business. His career has focused significantly on the cement industry, where he has managed various sales roles with increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as chief sales & marketing officer at Adani Cement, where he led large teams and improved market performance.

The change in senior management follows the cessation of Shailesh Ambastha’s role as president - sales, as he assumes a different position within Shree Cement. Both appointments and cessations are effective December 8, 2025, in line with the company’s internal restructuring.
