Rushank V. Shah, PACs boost stake in Hubtown via warrant conversion

Rushank V. Shah, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PAC), acquired 2,131,936 shares in Hubtown Limited on December 1, 2025. This transaction, driven by the conversion of warrants, increased Shah's individual voting rights from 2.58% to 4.05%, and the overall total diluted share/voting capital held by Shah and PACs from 33.52% to 35.02%.

Following this acquisition, Rushank V. Shah now holds 5,749,550 shares, while the total shares held by PACs remain at 32,345,864. The equity share capital of Hubtown Limited increased from 139,968,721 shares to 142,100,657 shares, with the face value of each share remaining at INR 10. The disclosure was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
