RR Kabel announces senior management resignation

RR Kabel Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited of the resignation of Vivek Abrol, chief executive officer – FMEG Business, designated as a senior management personnel (SMP). Abrol submitted his resignation on December 2, 2025, citing better opportunities and career prospects.

The company's management accepted the resignation on December 8, 2025. Abrol's departure will be effective from the close of business hours on January 15, 2026. This announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A (sub-paras 7 & 7C) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The communication, signed by Anup Vaibhav C. Khanna, company secretary & compliance officer, included Annexure A detailing the reason for change and the effective date of cessation. The company will also provide a copy of the resignation letter.
