Punjab & Sind Bank reappoints statutory central auditors for fiscal year 2026

Punjab & Sind Bank has informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. about the re-appointment of four existing audit firms as statutory central auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26. This decision follows approval granted by the Reserve Bank of India. The announcement was made on December 8, 2025.

The re-appointed audit firms include M/s S P Chopra & Co. (FRN: 000346N) and M/s Gupta Sharma & Associates (FRN: 001466N), both serving their third year as SCAs. Additionally, M/s O P Totla & Co. (FRN: 000734C) and M/s N B S & Co. (FRN: 110100W) have been re-appointed for their second year.
