P&G India names Kartik Harugoli as new purchases head

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited has announced that Kartik Harugoli will be appointed as the company's purchases head, effective January 1, 2026. This follows the departure of Pawan Verma, who will cease to be the company's purchases head on December 31, 2025, due to a relocation out of India for a new assignment within P&G.

Harugoli brings 16 years of experience within P&G, having worked across various categories, roles, and markets including India and USA. His previous responsibilities include leading purchases efforts for the brand building ecosystem for P&G India and implementing systems that positively impacted over 90,000 employees across USA, Europe, APAC, India, the Middle East & Africa.

The company expressed gratitude to Verma for his contributions during his tenure. This management change is effective from January 1, 2026.
