MSP Steel promoter group raises stake through open market purchases

Shree Vinay Finvest Private Limited, a promoter group entity of MSP Steel & Power Limited, acquired 1,117,500 equity shares of the company through open market purchases on December 3 and December 4, 2025. The total value of these acquisitions amounted to INR 41,800,571.50.

These transactions increased Shree Vinay Finvest Private Limited's total shareholding in MSP Steel & Power Limited from 10,814,743 shares (1.91%) to 11,932,243 shares (2.11%). The disclosure was made in Form 'C' under Regulation 7(2) read with Regulation 6(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The acquisition was reported to both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited on December 8, 2025, by MSP Steel & Power Limited's company secretary and compliance officer, Shreya Kar. Ram Kr Rungta, director of Shree Vinay Finvest Private Limited, confirmed the details in the disclosure dated December 5, 2025.
