Monarch Infrapark Further Boosts Networth Capital Stake

Monarch Infrapark Private Limited, a promoter group entity, has acquired an additional 25,000 shares carrying voting rights in Monarch Networth Capital Ltd. This acquisition, executed via an open market transaction on December 5, 2025, increases Monarch Infrapark's total holding to 4,289,036 shares.

Before this transaction, Monarch Infrapark held 4,264,036 shares, representing 5.37% of Monarch Networth Capital's total share/voting capital. The latest acquisition of 25,000 shares, which accounts for 0.04% of the company's capital, has elevated their post-acquisition stake to 5.41%.

The total equity share capital of Monarch Networth Capital Ltd remains unchanged at 7,92,68,338 shares before and after the acquisition. The disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, confirms this change in shareholding.
