Monarch Infrapark Private Limited, a promoter group entity, has acquired additional shares in Monarch Networth Capital Ltd. The acquisition, conducted via the open market on December 4, 2025, resulted in an increase of 21,406 shares, representing a 0.02% stake.

Prior to this transaction, Monarch Infrapark's holding stood at 42,42,630 shares, or 5.35% of the total share and voting capital.
