Mayur Uniquoters' production head resigns to pursue new career challenges

Mayur Uniquoters Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Babu Pathanjali, general manager and production head for its Jaitpura plant and senior management personnel (SMP), effective from the close of business hours on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Mr. Pathanjali resigned to pursue new career challenges aligning with his long-term goals. The company confirmed that no other material reason prompted his departure.

The company has accepted Mr. Pathanjali's resignation and has relieved him from his duties. This intimation was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
