MacRitchie Investments acquires 6.47% stake in PB Fintech

MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd. has acquired 29,941,996 shares in PB Fintech Limited, representing a 6.47% stake. This transaction occurred on December 6, 2025, and brings MacRitchie Investments' total holding to 6.47% of PB Fintech's share or voting capital.

The acquisition was executed via an allotment of equity shares of PB Fintech Limited, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Makesense Technologies Limited with PB Fintech Limited. The equity shares have a face value of INR 2 each.

Prior to this acquisition, MacRitchie Investments held no shares or voting rights in PB Fintech Limited. The total equity share capital of PB Fintech Limited is INR 92,53,49,480, divided into 46,26,74,740 equity shares.
