K&R Rail Engineering reports FY25 results, announces director appointments

K&R Rail Engineering Limited announced the submission of its annual report for the financial year 2024-25, alongside the notice for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Monday, December 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM via video conferencing. The company reported a standalone income of ₹64,002.12 lakhs and a profit of ₹547.17 lakhs for FY 2024-25. Consolidated figures show an income of ₹69,639.17 lakhs and a profit of ₹618.91 lakhs.

The AGM agenda includes the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kothapalli as a director and the appointment of M/s. Dabas S & Co., as secretarial auditors for a five-year term (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30) with a proposed fee of ₹1,00,000 p.a. Mr. Ashwani Kumar Soni is proposed for appointment as an independent director for five years, effective from July 01, 2025, to June 30, 2030.

The company has expanded its authorized capital to ₹45,00,00,000, comprising ₹30,85,00,000 in equity shares and ₹14,15,00,000 in 7% Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares.
