ISGEC Heavy Engineering names Manzar Abbas as chief information officer

ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited announced the appointment of Manzar Abbas as chief information officer (senior management personnel), effective December 8, 2025. This change was communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, fulfilling disclosure requirements.

Abbas brings 25 years of experience to his new role, with expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, SAP S/4 Hana, and cyber security. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Bangalore University.

Prior to joining ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited, Abbas held senior leadership positions at various prominent organizations in India, including Orient Electric Limited, Rockman Industries Limited, and Mother Dairy. His appointment is a full-time employment position.
