Global Surfaces appoints Ummed Jain & Co. as new statutory auditors

The board approved the appointment of M/s Ummed Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the new statutory auditors for the company. This appointment fills the casual vacancy created by the resignation of M/s B. Khosla & Co., Chartered Accountants. The change is effective from December 8, 2025, and is subject to shareholder approval.

M/s Ummed Jain & Co. is a partnership firm established in 1981, with its headquarters in Jaipur and branch offices in Mumbai, Akola, and New Delhi. The firm, with a team of 14 partners, is empanelled with the Reserve Bank of India as a Category I firm and the Comptroller & Auditor General of India. It has been peer-reviewed by ICAI seven times, with the current certificate valid until July 31, 2028.

The firm boasts extensive experience in statutory audits of listed companies, public sector undertakings, and financial institutions, providing a wide array of assurance, taxation, and advisory services. The appointment and ancillary actions will be put to shareholder approval via a postal ballot, in accordance with Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, and related rules.
