Arvind Fashions announces CEO change for Arrow brand

Arvind Fashions Limited, in an announcement dated December 8, 2025, has reported a change in its senior management personnel, effective January 9, 2026. Anand Aiyer, chief executive officer for the Arrow brand, has resigned from the company due to personal reasons, with his last day being January 9, 2026.

Concurrently, Nitesh Kanchan, currently chief executive officer - AFL Digital, has been redesignated as chief executive officer - Arrow, effective January 1, 2026. Kanchan will remain part of the senior management of the company. His background includes over two decades of experience in fashion, beauty, personal care, and retail, with prior roles including CEO Sephora India and COO Arrow.

As CEO of Arrow, Kanchan will focus on strengthening the brand's core in formal and occasion wear, accelerating growth in smart casual and lifestyle categories, and enhancing consumer experience across all channels. He aims to drive profitable, technology-led growth by sharpening Arrow's product and design narrative and leveraging data and digital platforms.
