Updater services promoter increases stake in company

Raghunandana Tangirala, a promoter of Updater Services Limited, acquired 7,000 equity shares of the company on December 5, 2025, through an open market transaction. This acquisition was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Following this transaction, Tangirala's shareholding in Updater Services Limited increased by 0.0105% of the paid-up share capital. His total stake rose from 24.1123% to 24.1228%, representing 16,150,979 shares carrying voting rights.

The company's equity share capital remains Rs. 66,95,32,410, divided into 66,953,241 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. This disclosure was sent to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
