RPP Infra Projects announces company secretary and KMP resignation

RPP Infra Projects Ltd. announced the resignation of Shammi Prakash, who held positions as company secretary, compliance officer, and key managerial personnel (KMP). His resignation, effective from the close of business hours on Friday, December 5, 2025, was attributed to personal reasons. Prakash, an ICSI member, confirmed there were no other material reasons for his departure beyond those stated in his resignation letter.

The company's whole time director and CFO, Arulsundaram Nithya, confirmed the resignation via an intimation to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on December 6, 2025. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.

Prakash expressed gratitude to the managing director, whole-time director, board members, and colleagues for their support during his tenure. He also requested that the company notify the stock exchanges and file the necessary e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to formalize his resignation.
