Omaxe subsidiary secures RERA approval for Ludhiana project

Omaxe Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ludhiana Wholesale Market Private Limited, has received a RERA Registration Certificate for its "Omaxe Chowk" project. The project, located at Civil Line, Ludhiana, Punjab-141001, was granted registration no. PBRERA-LDH45-PC0396, valid until June 30, 2030, unless extended by the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Punjab RERA).

The "Omaxe Chowk" project, categorized as Commercial & Residential (Built-up) and catering to both domestic and international markets, has a launch date of December 8, 2025. This RERA approval is expected to enhance the project's credibility, ensure timely delivery, and foster buyer trust by guaranteeing transparency and legal protection.

The company stated that this approval enables its subsidiary to sell, transfer, or advertise the project, which will ultimately strengthen Omaxe's brand value and positively impact its consolidated financial performance.
