NBCC sells 175 residential units in Noida e-auction for Rs. 485.41 crores

NBCC (India) Limited successfully concluded an e-auction for 175 residential units, including Iconic Tower No. 13, at Aspire Leisure Valley Pkg-1 in Gr. Noida(W), UP - Sub-Package-8. The total sale value from this e-auction amounted to approximately Rs. 485.41 crores.

As a result of this successful transaction, NBCC will receive a marketing fee equivalent to 1% of the total sale value. The company confirmed that this e-auction was conducted as a normal course of business.
