ICICI Prudential AMC sets IPO price band

ICICI Bank today announced its subsidiary, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (ICICI AMC), has fixed the price band for its initial public offering. The price per equity share has been set between ₹2,061 and ₹2,165.

The minimum bid lot for the offer is 6 equity shares of ICICI AMC, with subsequent bids to be made in multiples of 6 equity shares. This pricing was determined in accordance with SEBI regulations.
