Gopika Gupta raises stake in Roto Pumps

Gopika Gupta, a promoter group shareholder of Roto Pumps Limited, has acquired 4,649 equity shares of the company, each valued at ₹1. This acquisition was made through the open market on December 3, 2025.

Prior to this transaction, Gopika Gupta held 397,814 shares, representing 0.21% of the total share or voting capital. With the addition of these new shares, her total holding now stands at 402,463 equity shares, maintaining her stake at 0.21% of the total voting capital. The combined holding of the promoter group, including Gopika Gupta, after the acquisition is 125,854,416 shares, or 66.78% of the total share or voting capital.
