Entero Healthcare grants over 73,000 employee stock options

Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited announced on December 6, 2025, the grant of 73,060 stock options to eligible employees under the "Entero Employee Stock Option Plan 2023." This decision was made via a resolution passed by circulation by the nomination and remuneration committee of the board of directors. Each option has an exercise price of INR 804.

The newly granted options will vest over a period of one to four years from the grant date, with the exercise period extending for eight years from the date of vesting.
