Crompton Greaves restructures CSR committee, names new chairperson

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, in an announcement dated December 6, 2025, informed stock exchanges about the re-constitution of its Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The board of directors approved this change through a circular resolution passed on the same date. The re-constitution is slated to take effect from January 1, 2026.

Key among the changes is the induction of Hiroo Mirchandani, a non-executive independent director, as a new member and the chairperson of the committee. The revised committee will also include D. Sundaram, a non-executive, non-independent director; Promeet Ghosh, who holds the position of MD & CEO; and Smita Anand, a non-executive, independent director, all serving as members.

This intimation was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR").
