CM Airtime Promotion boosts stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP announced on December 5, 2025, that it has acquired an additional 10,000 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd. The purchase took place on December 4, 2025, through an open market transaction.

This acquisition has raised CM Airtime Promotion LLP's total shareholding in Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd. to 972,073 equity shares, representing 0.243% of the target company's total equity and voting capital. Prior to this transaction, CM Airtime Promotion LLP held 962,073 shares, or 0.240%.
