Ashoka Buildcon secures Rs447.21 crore additional BMC flyover work

Ashoka Buildcon Limited announced on December 6, 2025, that it has secured an additional work order for its existing Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) project. The new scope of work involves the construction of Flyover Arm-1 and Arm-2 at the T Junction on Sion Panvel Highway in Maharashtra Nagar, M/E Ward. This award follows a previous disclosure made on October 15, 2024.

The additional work is valued at Rs.447.21 crore, inclusive of taxes. This latest order increases the aggregate cost of the project to Rs.1,573.79 crore, including taxes. The revised timeline for completing both the existing and additional scope of work is now January 13, 2028.

The company confirmed that the order was awarded by a domestic entity, the BMC, and falls under the category of an additional scope of work for an existing contract. Ashoka Buildcon's designated persons and their immediate relatives will face a 48-hour trading window closure following this disclosure.
