Ambuja Cements chief sales & marketing officer resigns

Ambuja Cements Limited announced the resignation of Navin Malhotra, chief sales & marketing officer and senior management personnel, effective from the close of business hours on December 6, 2025. Malhotra cited the pursuit of career opportunities outside the organization as the reason for his departure.

The company formally communicated this change to the National Stock Exchange of India, BSE Limited, and Luxembourg Stock Exchange on December 6, 2025.

This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable provisions. The company stated that there is no relationship between Malhotra and any of its directors.
