Adani Enterprises incorporates new subsidiary for skill development

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Skills & Education Limited (ASEL), in India on December 6, 2025.

The newly formed entity currently has no turnover, as it is yet to commence business operations. AEL will hold 100% of the share capital of ASEL. The subsidiary will operate in the education, training, and skill development industry.

ASEL's primary objective is to engage in upskilling Adani employees, graduate and diploma engineering trainees, and fresh talent, with a focus on promoting, imparting, and developing various skills and educational forms.
