VTM board to meet, consider new chief financial officer

VTM Limited has announced its board of directors will convene a meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 12:00 Noon, via video conference. The agenda includes crucial items such as recording circular resolutions and reviewing the register maintained under Section 189 of the Companies Act 2013. The board will also take on record the minutes from its previous meeting held on November 10, 2025.

A significant item on the agenda is the proposed appointment of P. Senthil Kumar as the chief financial officer of the company. Additionally, the board will discuss any other subjects that may arise during the meeting.
