Solara Active Pharma Sciences: whole time director Muthunarayanan to lead subsidiary

Mohan Muthunarayanan has resigned from his roles as whole time director and chief operating officer of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited, effective December 31, 2025.

Mr. Muthunarayanan will transition to a new role as chief operating officer of Synthix Global Pharma Solutions Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solara. In this new capacity, he will focus on developing its Polymers and CRAMs division and transforming the Vizag facility into a CDMO facility.

The company expressed sincere appreciation for his valuable contributions and guidance during his tenure. This resignation was formally communicated to The BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited on December 5, 2025.
