Perfect Communications increases stake in Gateway Distriparks

Perfect Communications Private Limited, identified as a promoter, has disclosed the acquisition of 2,464,591 equity shares in Gateway Distriparks Limited. This transaction, conducted via an open market purchase on December 4, 2025, increased their total holding from 13,267,749 shares (2.66%) to 15,732,340 shares (3.15%). This acquisition represents a 0.49% increase in their voting rights.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital and voting capital of Gateway Distriparks Limited remains at 499,643,836 shares, with a share capital of Rs. 4,996,438,360, both before and after the acquisition.

This strategic move by Perfect Communications Private Limited, led by managing director Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, strengthens their position within Gateway Distriparks Limited, whose shares are listed on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
