Monarch Infrapark increases stake in Monarch Networth Capital

Monarch Infrapark Private Limited, a promoter group entity, has acquired additional shares in Monarch Networth Capital Ltd. The acquisition of 8,404 shares occurred via an open market transaction on December 3, 2025. This transaction increased Monarch Infrapark's total holding to 42,42,630 shares, representing 5.35% of Monarch Networth Capital's total share and voting capital.
