Mindteck names Javed Gaya non-executive chairman

Mindteck (India) Limited announced the appointment of Javed Gaya as an additional director, effective December 5, 2025. Gaya will also serve as the non-executive chairman of the company from the same date.

Gaya brings extensive experience as a lawyer specializing in civil law, with a career spanning both India and overseas. His background includes working with English law firm Nabarro Nathanson in Dubai and Advani & Co. in Mumbai. In 2000, Gaya established his own law firm in Mumbai, serving a diverse clientele including multinational corporations in construction, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical sectors.

He has also held positions on the board of Lama Rice Private Limited and served as liquidator for TAIB Capital and TAIB Securities Limited. Gaya holds a law degree from Oxford University, England, and is a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London.
