Indraprastha Gas reappoints independent director Dr. Shyam Agrawal

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has announced the re-appointment of Dr. Shyam Agrawal as an independent director for one year, effective from December 6, 2025. This decision was made through a resolution passed by circulation on December 5, 2025, following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. Dr. Agrawal's extended term as a non-executive independent director will run from December 6, 2025, to December 5, 2026, subject to the approval of the company's shareholders.

The company confirmed that Dr. Agrawal is not debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order or other authority. Furthermore, the disclosure clarifies that he is not related to any other directors currently serving on the board of Indraprastha Gas Limited.

This re-appointment aligns with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
