Independent director resigns from Twamev Construction and Infrastructure board

Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited has announced the resignation of Ramya Hariharan as an independent director, effective December 28, 2025. Hariharan also ceases to be a member of the board level committees.

The company stated that the resignation is due to "pressing professional commitments" and confirmed there are no other material reasons for her departure. The board of directors acknowledged her valuable guidance and contributions during her tenure.

The company will disclose the detailed resignation letter, including the reason provided by Hariharan, in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This disclosure was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on December 5, 2025.

Hariharan held various positions across other companies, including chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee at KKalpana Industries (India) Limited and Medica TS Hospital Private Limited, and chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at TRF Limited. She also served as a director or member on audit, nomination and remuneration, and risk management committees for KKalpana Industries (India) Limited, Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited, Medica TS Hospital Private Limited, Petro Carbon and Chemicals Limited, and TRF Limited.
