ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund ups stake in Page Industries to over 5%

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund announced today, December 4, 2025, that its various schemes acquired an additional 15,847 equity shares of Page Industries Ltd. on December 3, 2025. This acquisition was made in the secondary market.

As a result of this purchase, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund's total shareholding in Page Industries has exceeded 5% of the company's paid-up capital. Before this transaction, the fund held 4.93% of the total shares, which has now increased to 5.07%.

The fund stated its increased holding is for investment purposes and does not aim to seek any controlling interest in Page Industries. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
