EKI Energy Services demerger scheme hearing set for early 2026

EKI Energy Services Limited (EKI) has scheduled the hearing for the approval of its demerger scheme with EKI One Community Projects Limited (EKI One) on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 10:30 AM. The hearing will take place at Court No. 1, Indore Bench, National Company Law Tribunal, Indore.

The joint petition for the scheme of arrangement under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013, was filed on November 18, 2025, and accepted by the Tribunal on November 27, 2025. EKI is referred to as the Demerged Company, while EKI One is the Resulting Company.

The notice for the hearing has been published in newspapers in compliance with SEBI Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated June 20, 2023.
