Cohance Lifesciences announces key senior management appointments

Cohance Lifesciences Limited, formerly Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited, announced the appointment of three senior management personnel following a circular resolution passed on December 5, 2025. Gunjan Singh has been appointed as business head – API plus, responsible for the API and formulations portfolio, driving strategic growth, customer alignment, and operational excellence. Singh brings over two decades of experience across APIs, formulations, and CDMO, with prior roles at Dr. Reddy's PSAI and as chief executive of Wanbury.

Amrit Singh has been named head – specialty chemicals, tasked with driving growth and scaling the specialty chemicals business unit. He has over 20 years of leadership experience from organizations such as Navin Fluorine, SRF Ltd., UPL, and Unilever. Additionally, Ravinatha Shetty has been appointed as platform chief operating officer, overseeing supply chain management, EHS, ops excellence, and corporate & industrial affairs functions, with nearly 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals sectors.
