Centrum Capital promoter adjusts pledged shares, increasing encumbered holdings

The disclosures, made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, detail a series of transactions affecting its holding.

On November 26, 2025, Business Match Services initially released 94,500 shares, reducing the encumbered percentage by 0.02% due to loan repayment to TATA CAPITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED. Subsequently, the promoter created several new pledges, primarily due to fluctuations in market price. These included pledges of 600,000 shares to STCI FINANCE LIMITED, 300,000 shares to NIDHI CASTINGS AND ALLOYS PRIVATE LIMITED, 800,000 shares to MINSOL LIMITED, and 300,000 shares to CARWIN TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED.

Further pledges were made: 400,000 shares to MERLIN PROJECTS LIMITED on November 26, 2025, and an additional 1,500,000 shares to ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL LIMITED on December 1, 2025. Cumulatively, these transactions resulted in the promoter's total encumbered shares increasing from an initial 78,297,833 (17.04% of total share capital) to 82,103,333 shares, representing 17.86% of Centrum Capital Limited's total share capital, as of December 4, 2025.
