Authum Investment launches new subsidiary for social initiatives

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd. announced on December 5, 2025, the incorporation of "Authum Foundation," a wholly owned subsidiary based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Authum Foundation is a Section 8 Company, focused on carrying out Social Service Activities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives as per the Companies Act, 2013. The subsidiary has an authorized share capital of ₹1,000,000, with a paid-up share capital of ₹100,000. Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd. will contribute this entire amount in cash, acquiring a 100% stake.

As a newly incorporated entity, Authum Foundation currently has no size, turnover, history, or turnover from the past three years to report. The incorporation of this subsidiary falls under related party transactions, with Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd. being the parent company.
