Zen Technologies wins ₹120 crore Ministry of Defence order

Zen Technologies Limited has received an order worth ₹120 crores (including GST) from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The contract is for the supply of a Comprehensive Training Node (CTN), which includes a suite of various training simulators and equipment.

The order will be executed within one year. This domestic contract was awarded by the Ministry of Defence and does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest, nor does it fall under related party transactions.

The announcement was made on December 4, 2025.
