YES Bank holds investor meetings with major investment firms

YES Bank (BSE: YESBANK) today announced the outcome of its scheduled analysts and institutional investors conference held on December 4, 2025. The bank met with a diverse group of investment firms, including North Rock Capital Management (HK) Limited, Marshall Wace Asia Limited, Brevan Howard Invest Products Limited, Centiva Capital HK Limited, Wellington Management Hong Kong Limited, MetLife Investments Asia Limited, Allianz Global Investors, First Sentier Investors (Hong Kong) Limited, DWS Investments Hong Kong Limited, and UBS Securities India Private Limited.

The meetings were conducted in both physical and virtual formats, spanning various timings from 09:45 AM HKT to 05:00 PM HKT. Most sessions were categorized as group meetings, with locations primarily in Hong Kong for the virtual sessions. The discussions followed an advance intimation regarding UBS Securities India Private Limited, as per Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
