VA Tech Wabag to meet with analysts, investors in December

VA Tech Wabag Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange and BSE Limited of its schedule to meet with analysts and institutional investors from December 09 to 12, 2025. These meetings, organized by Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, will take the form of "Non-Deal Road shows," comprising both group and one-on-one sessions.

The meetings are scheduled to take place in Hong Kong and Singapore, with participants attending in-person. The company stated that presentations already in the public domain, available on its website and stock exchanges, will be utilized during these interactions. Importantly, no unpublished price-sensitive information will be disclosed during these meetings.

VA Tech Wabag also noted that the schedule is subject to change due to exigencies on the part of the organizer, investors, analysts, or the company itself. The intimation of this schedule is in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015.
