Ravi Todi, a promoter of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited (formerly Tantia Constructions Limited), has disclosed the sale of 14,454 equity shares. This transaction, executed on December 4, 2025, represents 0.01% of the company's total equity. The sale was made from his existing holding of 4,92,86,732 equity shares, which constituted 31.80% of the total share/voting capital before the disposal.
