TeamLease appoints Suparna Mitra as new MD and CEO

TeamLease Services Limited has announced a leadership transition as part of its long-term succession planning, effective February 2, 2026. Suparna Mitra has been appointed as the new managing director and chief executive officer (MD & CEO), succeeding Ashok Reddy. Manish Sabharwal will transition from executive vice chairman to non-executive, non-independent director, while Ashok Reddy will assume the role of executive vice chairman. Narayan Ramachandran will continue as chairman.

Mitra joins TeamLease from Titan Company Limited, where she most recently served as CEO of the watches and wearables division. Under her leadership, the division achieved 2x revenue growth over three years, reaching 4,500cr in FY 2024-25. Her career spans over three decades across technology-led transformation, retail, digital commerce, and organizational scale management, leading teams of over 3,000 employees. Sabharwal and Reddy co-founded TeamLease, growing it to revenues of over ₹11,000 crore, with operations across 800+ locations, and achieving 4x EBITDA growth since listing.
