Suraj Estate Developers appoints Dr. Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi as independent director

Suraj Estate Developers Limited announced the outcome of its postal ballot, confirming the appointment of Dr. Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi as a woman independent director for five consecutive years until September 09, 2030. The special resolution passed with the requisite majority through remote e-voting, which concluded on Wednesday, December 03, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. IST.

Of the total 47,773,388 shares, 33,253,933 votes were polled, representing 69.6077% of outstanding shares. The valid e-voting confirmations showed 33,253,752 votes (approximately 100%) cast in favor of the resolution, while 181 votes (approximately 0%) were cast against it. The scrutinizer, Mr. Himanshu S. Kamdar of Rathi & Associates, confirmed the voting results.

Promoter and promoter group held 33,249,800 shares, casting all votes in favor. Public non-institutions accounted for 4,133 votes, with 3,952 in favor and 181 against.
