Spice Lounge secures master franchise for Wing Zone in India

Spice Lounge Food Works Ltd., formerly Shalimar Agencies Limited, has secured exclusive Master Franchise Rights for Wing Zone, an internationally recognized Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand. This allows Spice Lounge to lead the development, operations, and nationwide expansion of Wing Zone across India. The company, which boasts over 75 years of combined hospitality expertise, plans to introduce Wing Zone through a mix of high-street outlets and cloud-kitchen formats.

The initial rollout will see India's first Wing Zone outlet launch in Koramangala, Bangalore, in January 2026. Following this, Spice Lounge intends to expand Wing Zone's presence with additional outlets in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai, with further plans for other major cities. This acquisition aligns with Spice Lounge's strategy to strengthen its position in the fast-growing Indian QSR sector and diversify its food service portfolio.

Wing Zone, established in 1993 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, is known for its chicken-based offerings. It operates over 30 restaurants in the United States and more than 60 outlets internationally. Spice Lounge Food Works Limited is a publicly listed food service company with operations across two states, managing and scaling over 13 outlets under various global and homegrown brands.
