Solar Industries India names veteran Ramesh M. Bhujang as new director

Solar Industries India Limited announced the appointment of Ramesh M. Bhujang as an additional director, effective December 3, 2025. This decision follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Bhujang will serve as a non-executive independent director for an initial term of two years.

Bhujang brings over four decades of experience in banking, infrastructure finance, and industrial development. He holds master's degrees in economics from Bombay University and in development management from the Asian Institute of Management. His career includes senior leadership roles at L&T Infrastructure Finance Ltd. and international experience with Asian Finance & Investment Corporation Ltd, Manila, where he rose to associate managing director (investments).

The company confirmed that Bhujang is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any regulatory authority.
