Roto Pumps promoter group member increases stake

Gopika Gupta, a promoter group shareholder of Roto Pumps, has acquired 54,332 equity shares of the company. The acquisitions took place on December 1, 2025 (46,332 shares) and December 2, 2025 (8,000 shares) through the open market.

This transaction increases Gopika Gupta's total shares carrying voting rights from 343,482 to 397,814, raising her individual stake from 0.18% to 0.21% of the total share and voting capital. The broader promoter group's holding in Roto Pumps remains substantial at 66.57%.

Following the acquisition, the total holding of the promoter and promoter group stands at 125,849,767 shares, representing 66.78% of the company's equity share capital. The total equity share capital of Roto Pumps is Rs. 18,84,45,660, divided into 188,445,660 equity shares of Rs. 1 each.
