Responsive Industries: Promoters withdraw reclassification bid, maintain status

Responsive Industries announced on December 4, 2025, that Abhishek Agarwal and Saudamini Agarwal have withdrawn their applications for reclassification from the "promoter" to "public" category. The reclassification applications were originally submitted following approval by shareholders at the company's 38th annual general meeting on December 24, 2020.

The promoters formally intimated their decision to withdraw the reclassification applications to the company on December 4, 2025. They confirmed their intent to continue to be part of the "promoter" category of Responsive Industries, consenting to be named as such until further communication.

Responsive Industries has accordingly submitted applications for withdrawal of the reclassification requests to both the BSE and NSE on December 4, 2025. The company will take necessary steps to give effect to this withdrawal.
