Nibe secures large industrial plot for operational expansion

Nibe Limited announced on December 4, 2025, the receipt of possession for an entire plot measuring 314,357 square meters. This land is situated at Shirdi Industrial Area, Taluka - Kopargaon & Rahata, District - Ahilyanagar, within Maharashtra, India. The possession was granted by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).

This acquisition follows prior intimations dated September 17, 2024, January 10, 2025, February 11, 2025, and February 24, 2025. The company confirmed this development in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The allotment was formalized through a letter from MIDC/RO (AHILYANAGAR) dated February 10, 2025. This move is expected to support Nibe's future operational expansion and strategic objectives.
