Nestle India to hold virtual investor meetings next week

Nestle India Limited has informed stock exchanges about scheduling one-on-one meetings with institutional investors on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. These virtual meetings are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was made on December 4, 2025.

Two separate virtual meetings are scheduled for December 10. The first meeting will take place at 12:00 P.M. (IST), followed by a second meeting at 3:30 P.M. (IST). Both are classified as "One-on-one meet with an institutional investor." The company also stated that this intimation is being uploaded on its official website, www.nestle.in, for public access.

The communication, addressed to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, was signed by Pramod Kumar Rai, company secretary and compliance officer, of Nestle India Limited. The registered office of Nestle India is located at 100/101, World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi - 110 001.
